If you were recently defriended in the last week or so, or even today, it's because you fall into one of three groups. The first group obviously does not overlap with the other two, because that would be impossible (being part of the second and third group implies we've had extensive contact).
Here's the groups:
1) We don't talk, or you're just watching my journal for my fics. My fics are public, and you'll probably know if we chat a lot or not, so it's easy to figure out if you're in this group. It's also pretty much a given that if we do end up talking more and you are deemed to not be in the next two groups, I might re-friend you. I try to reply to EVERY comment on my fic, so chances are we can chat there for a re-friending later.
2) You're creepy, because of one, some, all, or none of the reasons listed below:
a) You've assumed that my muses are here for your entertainment, and you have a say in what they do. You think you can tell me how to RP them or how/what I should write.
b) You've got an obsession going for Zach Quinto and/or Sylar, and you can’t seem to tell the difference between fantasy/reality.
c) You've pressured me on Twitter to RP porn or whatever between my character and your real life account. The same goes for LJ.
d) You're a passive aggressive parasite who needs my affirmation for all that you say or do.
e) You're friends with or defended anyone who has EVER stalked or harassed me.
f) You've caused so much drama for me that EVERYONE thinks I’m insane for wanting to separate IC from OOC.
g) You have no concept of boundaries.
h) You’re too busy kissing my ass to think for yourself and grow up. I do not have children nor do I want any.
i) While you’re busy kissing up to me, you are being horrible to young/new fic writers, and you seem to think I’m in favor of this attitude.
j) You believe the degree of our relationship is much deeper than it is, and your belief is not based upon deceit, but the inability to understand the logical stages of developing a deep relationship.
3) You have a hateful bias based upon race, gender identity, body type, religion or lack thereof, and/or sexual orientation.
If you are in groups 2 and/or 3 and you attempt to communicate with me at all, I'm banning you. All versions of you. You won't be allowed into my communities. I'll encourage the mods of other communities to follow suit. I'll report your IP address and email address if I know it to LiveJournal. If you persist, I will get law enforcement involved. I am done trying to fool myself into thinking I can tolerate your asinine, uncomfortable, and unwelcome behavior. I'm not reinventing myself again and losing a paid account just to get rid of you. Get out of my sandbox and stay out. Your creepiness has been and will continue to be documented. In real life, I am a staunch defender against people like you. I have no fear of confrontation and intimidation. It's about time this translated to online life. I'm not keeping up appearances just because it might reflect poorly upon my communities.
Additionally, should any of you play messenger for anyone in groups 2 or 3, you're getting the ban too, because that means you don't get boundaries either, and are therefore a creeper.
For the rest of you, I think this probably answers why I've been so concerned about security issues lately. Thank you for your wisdom on this matter. Obviously, some of you are new friends, so we haven't had a chance to talk yet.
